Kyne

Kyne started out as a graffiti artist in his hometown of Fukuoka. His monochromatic tags and stickers based on images of women are drawn in simple lines that evoke both sentimental and erotic feelings while suggesting universal beauty. Kyne’s usage of refined lines and colors brings about impressive expressions that integrate his pursuit of Japanese-style nihonga painting, while also refining influences from idols and cartoons of the 1980s.
