Return Policy

For whatever reason, you can return the whole or part of the order. The product can be returned if it is within 14 business days from the delivery of the package, for reasons such as size or color or refund. The goods should be returned in the same original condition, cleanly packed and tagged. All expenses related to return and exchange will be borne by the customer. 

If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, please see the list below for reference:
- Cards 
- Downloadable software products 
- Intimate items (such as Clothing, Mugs, Towers etc.)

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) 
- Book with obvious signs of use 
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened 
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery 

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email.

If your refund is approved, you may expect your refund to be returned to your original payment account (credit card or any other form of payment method included), though this may take a few day to process.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

As mentioned above, your refund would take sometimes to process, so please be patient:)

However, if it's been a month since you have received our email to approving your refund, and the refund amount is still not yet processed, you may contact us at 

Discount items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Replacement (if applicable) 
Only damaged or defective items may be replaced, and If the conditions are matched, just send us an email at


For items that are labeled as gift on your invoice, no cash refund is applicable, 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

For replacement items, the time taken to ship your replaced product may vary depending on where you live. 

Exemption Clause
If you are shipping an item with cost over USD 75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Our company will not be liable for any loss or damage during shipping in cases of returning an item(s).
